I found the staff very responsive . maria jose, jón, and carolina were efficient and courteous when i emailed about changes. i appreciated the luggage storage. It allowed us to explore before check-in. the hotel offers free and easy parking, a notable benefit. the krónan supermarket is also conveniently located, just a short walk away.

the room was a bit small, and the shower space was very limited.

I was thrilled with the hotel's proximity to the city center. It was a quick trip. a nearby supermarket made grabbing essentials easy, i found. free parking was definitely a plus, really helped avoid extra costs. the breakfast buffet had danish pastries.

the room was on the smaller side, but i managed just fine for a few nights.

the front desk offered tourist information that was very helpful in planning my days! the staff was cute, especially one young guy who helped me a lot. he even assisted with bus routes and made sure my wife and i felt welcome.
